Why is the filming of The Silver Chair a mistery?

I have tried really hard but it’s being impossible to find new information about the filming of the fourth movie of The Chronicles of Narnia. Why is it so misterious? The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader was supposed to have a budget around $155,000,000 and it didn’t recover the money in the USA, but I guess it made it in the whole world. I’d love to see The Silver Chair, but maybe it is too expensive to be filmed, so someone brave could try to do a short (but impressive) film with the very beginning of Narnia, the one told in The wrong door. In that book Aslan creates Narnia, that is only a world among many others and there is  a place “The wood between the worlds” where you can chose which way to go. That place always reminds me the “limbo” created in the Marvel Universe, the only place where all the different multiverses converge. Well, if I hear something new about The Silver Chair I promise to share it with everybody.

To be the voice in a movie or how Liam Neeson becomes Aslan

I have just seen the third, and maybe last, movie of The Chronicles of Narnia saga, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and it’s been my first in original version. So it’s my first time listening to Liam Neeson performing the voice of Aslan, the wonderful and brilliant god-lion. Watching it I wonder how difficult must be just to talk (and not acting) for an actor and I have found some statements the actor made some years ago when he become Aslan for the very first time in The lion, the witch and the wardrobe: “I feel kind of ashamed. They are such beautiful books. Here I am, a Belfast man. I was born 30 miles from C.S. Lewis.”  “We Europeanized the accent, so hopefully it will play all over the world.”

Well, it could be a nice explanation, but what about the study of the role? Did Neeson go to a zoo or a safari just to study a lion‘s life or a lion’s way of moving and roaring? Did he apply any method or just let it go?

Nevertheless, I think he is a good lion and if any god-lion lives anytime, anywhere, I guess he is going to have Liam Neeson’s voice. Or maybe he could have Kevin Spacey‘s, because he was also an impressive voice in Moon. A little bit metalic but it could fix to a 3D lion. By the way, should it be more diffcult to speak like a god-lion or like a computer who is supposed to have no feelings?
